Blue River – SharePoint Auditor PRO v4 · Governance & restructuring copilot for SharePoint Online.

  1. Purpose – Quickly assess a SharePoint drive, find structural and naming issues, and generate a governance score, fix plan, and exports for audit or migration projects.
  2. Prerequisites
    • Microsoft Entra / Azure AD app with Graph API permissions for SharePoint
    • Cloudflare Workers account with KV namespace
    • Optional: Stripe account for subscription billing
  3. Typical workflow
    • Authenticate once via Connect to Microsoft 365 button
    • Go to Scan, enter a Drive ID, and click Start Scan
    • View the raw tree and last scan status in the Dashboard
    • Open Insights, Governance Score, and Fix Plan using the same Drive ID
    • Use AI Supervisor to generate an executive-style report
    • Export JSON / CSV / HTML from the Export tab for auditors or migration partners
  4. Offline / What-if – Use the Offline tab to paste or upload a JSON structure and simulate score without connecting to a tenant
  5. Portfolio – View all scanned drives with scores and key metrics sorted from worst to best
  6. Naming Policy – Admins can set JSON-based rules and apply templates for different scenarios
